Here are some estimated costs (not official) done by a professional (all prices are subject to change):

Please note: Most companies are going to charge a service call fee ($150) just to show up to do any repairs on top of the parts/products used for the repairs or installations.  Inexpensive parts used for repairs could be included in the service call fee but not guaranteed.  Typically service call fees are credited back if the total job is over $1K.
