Pool Safety Inspection

Pool safety is obviously very important to any home.  Whether you live there or it's an investment property, pool safety should be taken very seriously to prevent injuries and/or drownings to people of all ages.  If you own a short term rental or long term rental, it is very important to have a safe pool and area around the pool.  Not only does it help the enjoyment of your guests or tenants, but it helps you reduce the liability that may occur.  Public and semi-public have thorough health and safety regulations to follow and it's not a bad idea to follow these guidelines for a residential pool used for rental purposes.  Although safety inspections are typically used more for rental properties it is always encouraged to have private pools inspected and follow the safety recommendations even if you live there.
